The following is a list of characters who only appear in bit parts in the film Black Dynamite. This generally includes characters who have no speaking lines, only appear briefly, and/or are played by uncredited actors, as well as characters who do not appear and are only mentioned by name.
The following list is sorted in order of appearance.
A celebrity spokesman for Anaconda Malt Liquor who appears in their TV advertisements. He explains how it has a seal of excellence from the US government and sings their slogan "Anaconda Malt Liquor gives you Ooooooooh!"
His character is a nod to real-life celebrity endorsements for malt liquor marketed towards black communities, such as Billy Dee Williams with Colt 45 and Richard Roundtree with Schlitz Red Bull.

He later joins Black Dynamite's crew for the assault on the drug trade and helps uncover the truth of Operation Code Kansas. He's killed during the battle on Kung Fu Island.
Another of Saheed's black power revolutionaries. He's present at Gloria's town hall, the meeting with Black Dynamite, and the raid on the warehouse, but doesn't appear in any of the subsequent scenes with the other militants.

In a deleted scene, he shows up to apologize to Don Rafelli, who's seemingly amiable and forgives him. Later, Don Rafelli invites Dino to participate in a "magic trick," that ends with him being stabbed multiple times and the Don sawing his body in half while laughing maniacally.

A pimp at Tasty Freeze's meeting. He sits next to Chocolate Giddy-Up and is seen smoking before the meeting begins. He complains that he's had his "worst physical year" (Tasty Freeze correct him to say "fiscal") and says his finances are in such bad shape he can't even afford to get his hair fixed. He votes in favor of collectivizing resources, and is present when Black Dynamite tells everyone that he's declaring war on anyone who sells drugs in the community.
