"I should've known it was you all the time! I should've asked myself: who's a man so wicked, so cruel, to serve smack to the orphanage, kill my brother Jimmy, and put out a drug to shrink black men's dicks? Only one man, and that's you, Tricky Dick!"
Black Dynamite

Richard Milhous Nixon (January 9, 1913 — April 22, 1994) was the 37th President of the United States, who serves as both the final antagonist of Black Dynamite and a recurring antagonist in the TV series.

Appearance[]

Richard Nixon is a pale, middle-aged man with a slim build, prominent jowls, and receding hair that he keeps slicked back. Despite his unassuming physique, he is incredibly skilled in kung fu and the use of nunchaku.

Nixon is paranoid, obsessive, unrepentantly racist toward the black community, often coming up with conspiracies to undermine them. He has a habit of using obscure and archaic slurs to describe them, such as "chocos," "darknesses," and "ghetto hamsters."

History[]

As President, Nixon was famous for winding down involvement in the Vietnam War, eventually resulting in a full withdrawal of US troops. But behind closed doors, he also plotted to destroy the black community in general and Black Dynamite in particular through various underhanded means. His administration also pursued penis enlargement research, funding Fiendish Doctor Wu's research on Kung Fu Island. Although the program failed to meet its intended goals when the penile enhancement drugs had the opposite effects, it did give Nixon an idea, prompting him to launch Operation Code Kansas.

At one point, Nixon met with several prostitutes and committed several acts of bondage, which were surreptitiously photographed. After learning that the photographs were held at the Watergate Hotel, Nixon organized a break-in to try and steal them back.

Events of the Series[]

In the White House, Nixon is shown practicing his kung fu against a training dummy with Black Dynamite's face on it (which is so strong that he can't damage it). Henry Kissinger informs him that Congress passed a bill to subsidize illegal drugs for the black community. However, the plan backfires when black drug dealers take all the drugs and sell them to white people for cheap.

When Elvis Presley unexpectedly walks into the Oval Office pledging to fight , Nixon senses an opportunity and proclaims him a DEA agent as part of "Operation Ghetto Blaster." He fully expects Elvis to die one way or another on his mission, so that Nixon would finally have a pretense to wipe out the black community once and for all using the N-Bomb.

Basehead appears in the Oval Office to inform Nixon of Elvis's apparent death by peanut butter sandwich, they head out in Marine One in pursuit. Black Dynamite disables the minigun on the bottom, so Nixon kicks basehead out of the copilot's seat and tries to ram Elvis's car. However, Cream Corn's Afro-Sheen coated bald head is bright enough that Nixon is forced to fall back. Although Black Dynamite and his crew successfully bring Elvis's body back to Graceland, Nixon still intends to frame him for breaking in and murdering Elvis, and tells Kissinger to ready the N-Bomb. However, Elvis suddenly shit-wakes himself out of his food coma, forcing Nixon to call off the attack as he yells "Damn, damn, damn!"

Later, Nixon is seen playing Black Spade Invaders (similar to Space Invaders, except the enemies are 8-bit naked black men) in the White House situation room when Henry Kissinger informs him it's time for his daily black briefing. They fire up the R.A.C.I.S.T., which informs him about recent developments in his plots against the black community. Nixon finds much of the news boring, but is excited to hear about Black Jaws terrorizing black swimmers. He develops "Operation Blaqua Party," a scheme to throw a giant beach party for the black community and make sure there are as many black people in the water as possible.

Nixon's project of building a miniature slave ship in a bottle is interrupted when the mayor calls him to tell him that people are too scared to reenter the water after Black Jaws attacks someone. R.A.C.I.S.T. suggests having the band Earth, Wind, Fire, & Water perform to lure people back in the water, something Nixon eagerly implements.

Black Jaws' death foils Nixon's plan, but he soon gets excited about the prospect of weakening black people by "sickling their cells," and tells Kissinger to get the Cell Sickler on the phone.

Events of the Film[]

After defeating Fiendish Doctor Wu on Kung Fu Island, Black Dynamite finds papers that prove Wu was acting on orders from the Nixon administration, and flies to the White House to stop Nixon. Black Dynamite fights his way through the Secret Service and confronts Nixon in the Oval Office. Nixon initially appears conciliatory, but suddenly breaks out a pair of nunchaku and battles Black Dynamite all throughout the West Wing. Nixon's wife Patricia intervenes at one point, but Black Dynamite pimp-slaps her into a cabinet full of Presidential china. During the fight, Nixon grabs John Wilkes Booth's derringer from a display case, but the ghost of Abraham Lincoln intervenes and kung fu chops his arm.

Black dynamite beats Nixon into submission, he reveals that he was in possession of Nixon's illicit photographs the whole time. Nixon begs for Black Dynamite to kill him so that he wouldn't have to live with the shame, but Black Dynamite refuses, blackmailing Nixon into treating the black community better unless he wants more images leaked.
